Alice C - Experienced Home Carer
Hello there! My name is Alice, and I am a passionate and experienced home carer. As a female carer with a nurturing touch, I have been in the industry for a few years, providing top-notch care to those in need. My primary focus has been on hourly care, ensuring that individuals are able to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.
My extensive experience covers a wide range of care types, including bedbound patients, those suffering from anxiety and depression, and individuals battling cancer or respiratory illnesses like COPD and asthma. I also specialise in spinal injurys which I’ve been doing for a few years. I have the skills necessary to assist with bathing, toileting, and dressing, as well as providing catheter care. However, my care extends beyond the physical realm - I am passionate about building meaningful connections and providing much-needed companionship to those I care for.
On a personal note, I am equipped with the ability to drive and have a car at my disposal, which allows me to be readily available for any errands. Outside of caregiving, I enjoy a variety of hobbies, including spending time with family and friends, watching films and cooking.
As a caring, friendly, and helpful individual, my motivation for being a home carer stems from my desire to assist people in leading independent lives. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to age gracefully and with dignity, and I take pride in making a positive impact on the lives of those I care for.
